Taking the Gloves Off

According to reports published in a number of places, especially the Vineyard of the Saker, which you owe to yourself to follow closely if you are the least bit interested in real informatin, the Russians and DPR have destroyed the Ukrainian 95th Airmobile Brigade (one of the UAF ‘s best units) in the town of Avdeevka with artillery and aerial attacks.

Although this report cannot be confirmed, not a lot of prisoners were likely taken because the kind of attack meant there wouldn’t be too many survivors to surrender.

Given that this is East Ukrainian territory, and military measures involving military units hiding in towns and village have to be closely coordinated with the DPR to reduce casualties among their fellow citizens, flattening an entire town is unusual to say the least — even if this UAF unit was the origin of terror attacks with cluster munitions on civilian centers in Donetsk — war crimes!

An accurate inference might be that most of the civilians in town fled the town before the attack — warned in advance.

Nazis and rightwingers have been shooting civilians who try to escape, but a real lockdown requires patrols which invite sniper fire and are less effective at night.

The Russians and DPR are stepping up their game.

For example, the Russians just killed a Canadian sniper of repute, Wali, who holds the record for longest sniper kill, about 3.5 kilometers.

He was reportedly killed about 20 minutes on arrival on the battlefield. — probably through a precision air strike, although sniper fire is also possible. In either case, the Russians knew he was coming. And where he would be. This was a targeted killing. Message: you can’t run. You can’t hide.

It was another warning added to the recent destruction of the NATO mercenary and weapons supply base just inside the Ukraine in Yavoriv.

The Russian military has made great strides, learning a lot from their experience in Syria, the Armenian-Azerbaijan war, and previous wars in the Middle East. They are organized, careful, and well-trained but they are flexible, avoiding the kind of set piece tactics that hobbled them during the days of the Soviets.

In Mariupol, much of the civilian population has been evacuated despite Nationalist attacks on them and mopping continues. Again, few, if any prisoners are being taken. The UAF’s 53rd Mechanized Brigade has been annihilated. It is vicious fighting of the kind that the Chechens and DPR soldiers are very good at. The end is not in doubt.

Good Intelligence Work

Of importance and usually unremarked is the very, very high level of Russian intelligence work.

Starting as early as 2016, Putin began a major overhaul of Russian intelligence services, just as he did the military. In the Yeltsin years, it had become ineffective and corrupt. No more. Russian intelligence work in the Ukraine has been exemplary, particularly if we compare it to that of the CIA.

It is now clear that Russian intelligence knew of Ukrainian military plans well in advance, including the fine details of their planned “final solution” for Donbass and Lugansk in March of this year as well as the existence of biolabs and plans to build a nuclear bomb — every Nazi’s wet dream. Putin has good reason for de-nazification.

The Russians bruiting of the Ukrainian plans for a Syrian style chemical weapons false flag recently is also an indicator of good penetration in the current Ukrainian government and military — as well as significant support among the Ukrainian population. Moscow must remember too well the downing of MH117 by the Ukrainians.

What? Ukrainians supporting Russia?

Yes, this support is there even in Western Ukraine, certainly among the ethnic Russian population.

To look forward, you must look back, as Churchill said.

As I opined, in my last post, we are at the mopping up stage. Kherson is under Russian control. Mariupol has fallen. And Odessa will be next. Here, the Russians are preparing a sea-born assault.

Propaganda and Lies

As usual, the Ukrainian propaganda machine is generating stories reminiscent of the Japanese during WWII. Die fighting. But once defeated, the Japanese became lovers of all that is American. Americans once dirty brutish animals became gods.

You will note that most Western and “Ukie” propaganda is marked by contradictions, like accusations that the Russians are shelling civilian areas, abusing the locals and so on. The Russians are losing, they say, as ordinary people fight back patriotically supporting the swatiska.

How odd since the Russians see the Ukrainians as fellow Russians, at lest in culture.

Americans by contrast wouldn’t care about about civilian casualties or distress. They don’t give a damn about the 5 or 6 million people killed in their ME wars.

The Russians have been taken extreme steps — which result in their own people dying to prevent damage to civilian life and property. They do not shell cities indiscriminately — unlike the UAF!

In the Eastern Ukraine, at least, the Russians are liberators, not conquerers.

But Wester PsyOps love a good lie.

Let’s say, that a village has run out of food and the villagers gather to ask for help. The Russians will talk to them, try to maintain order and give them food.

That will appear in the West as an uprising against the Evil Russians, who are usually actually fellow Eastern Ukrainians.

Past is Present — and Future

Lie builds on lie. Since the Russians are losing the war and the hearts and minds of the good people of Donbass and Lugansk who really want to be ethnically cleanse, they will resort to chemical weapons!

As you As you can see in this map, Western Ukraine was essentially colonized by the Tsars centuries ago, with additional areas added by Lenin — the western “west” and Crimea, illegally by Khrushchev in 1954, so is ethnically mixed with peoples of several nationalities, except in Eastern Ukraine, where the “Rus” — ethnic Russians dominate.

The Ukrainian Nazi movement grew up in Galicia, which wasn’t part of tghe Ukraine until Lenin arbitrarily added it in 1919.

In other words, the Ukraine is a lot like the former Yugoslavia, but with more ethnic mixing. And “Ukrainian” is really a hybrid language, reflecting ethnic discontinuities.

When Zelensky won office he received over 70% of the vote, running on a program of restoring relations with Russia and ending the war on Eastern Ukraine.

But the Nazis had already infiltrated the Ukraine’s Deep State with funding provided by a Zionist billionaire named Kolomoyskyi. The Nazis usually don’t like Jews but, like Hitler, they hate Russians much more.. Their extreme rightwing views are mirrored by those of rightwing Zionists, who are also ethnic exceptionalists despite Judaism’s long history of tolerance and humanitarianism.

The Ukrainian fascists are actually more fascist than nazi and fascism is first about power and control, with racism often as not, a tool to those ends. In this sense they see a kindred spirit in Zionists and their oppression of the Palestinians.

Nazification and propaganda have converted a lot of people in the middle to anti-Russian attitudes but there are those who still don’t like the Nazis but keep a low profile but supply intelligence. The Nazis are a gang of bullies and most people would probably just avoid them.

Once the UAF has been disarmed and the Russians have wrested power and control from the Ukrainian Fascists, a significant number of people will turn on the bullies.

The Russians have already own and UAF forces in Donbass are withdrawing as they can, leaving behind equipment and one would assume just disappearing.

Escape Abroad

Zelensky has millions in cash abroad, so he can escape and live in comfort.

Most people are not so lucky.

The flood of refugees to the West is a lot more complicated than it looks. First of all, the Nazi government is any male of military age from leaving — so many of these refugees are women and children. If you live in West, it is a hop skip and jump to Poland. And from there to Germany. But these people will put a strain on local economies.

The Nazis among them will do as their grandparents did in 1945 — go to Canada and the US. The Ukraine has been an economic basket case for years, with people leaving for the “West’ largely for the prospect of a better life. Once the Nazis are out of power, the men will join their families abroad, increasing the refugee count enormously.

Huge influxes of refugees destabilize countries. Trouble ahead.
